Curated by Flaminio Gualdoni and Alberto Pellegatta, the exhibition proposes a parallel between art and poetry, through the works of some of the greatest Italian artists of the twentieth century that more or less continuously expressed themselves through the poetic word, investigating forms and cadences of the same or, more simply, using writing as a preparatory study, a comp.

Twenty-five painters and sculptors selected by the curators: Ardengo Soft, Carlo Carra, Umberto Boccioni, Francesco Cangiullo, Arturo Martini, Filippo De Pisis, Mino Maccari, Scipio, Francesco Messina, Luigi Bartolini, Fillia, Queen, Ottone Rosai, Farfa, Fausto Melotti, Luigi Broggini, Umberto Bellintani, Toti Scialoja, Emilio Tadini, Roger Savino, Alberto Ghinzani, Emilio Villa, Ugo Carrega, Roberto Sienese and Vicenzo Agnetti.

Of each artist are exhibited at least two works - from important public and private collections - which reflect, as far as possible, the chronological period in which even the stylistic compositions relate.
The exhibition also includes original manuscripts.
A unique opportunity to regain all together texts scattered editions impossible to find and recognize in these verses painting and sculpture by some authors.
